Since 2013, the economic recession has been sluggish and companies in the vision industry have been "eliminating the weak and leaving the strong". Over the years, Samson has been moving up the ladder in a cyclical manner with its unique business philosophy of "accumulation and precipitation" and "rapid development". When the market was sluggish, the company increased investment in research and development, trained staff, increased equipment, improved hardware facilities, determined new development directions, practiced internal skills, adjusted the company's governance, and strengthened the technical and management foundation of the company.
In August 2013, Samson integrated the Samson Automation Sub-Factory and moved the factory to Jinming International Mould City, making the company's R&D and business centre and production centre in one place and improving efficiency.
In addition to the existing non-standard equipment assembly workshop, a new standard equipment assembly workshop has been added to the new factory, reflecting a major step towards standardisation. New business directions such as ITO testing machines, pressed terminal testing machines and dimensional laser testing machines are now available in a separate assembly and production hall. In addition to the enhanced hardware facilities, management actions such as the reorganisation of production and R&D processes and the interface with the CRM system of the business department have further enhanced Samson's manufacturing capabilities.
